I’ve worked in IT for around 20 years and started programming nearly 15 years ago, though I still feel like I’m at the beginning of the journey. I enjoy understanding processes, finding problems, and making work simpler and better. Over the years, I’ve been lucky to work with many organizations, companies, teams, and great people. Solving real problems together has always meant more to me than treating technology as just business.

I’m Amirhossein Diyari, and I’ve been working in the field of information technology for around 20 years. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations and teams.

I spent around 12 years at the University of Qom, first as an Information Technology Specialist and later as Deputy Director of Information Technology. This experience gave me valuable insight into the real operational needs, systems, and processes of a large academic organization.

I then worked for approximately 2 years as Technical Manager of the Support and Development Team at Saman Madar Pars, followed by around 3 years as Technical Manager of the Support and Development Team at Ayandeh Robotic Sabz Arsam.

A significant part of my professional experience has focused on analyzing organizational systems and processes, developing software solutions, supporting IT infrastructure, and working closely with teams to solve real-world problems and improve everyday workflows.
